RETURN GUIDELINES
*GrubPack will pay USPS 1st Class shipping BOTH ways for returns due to defects during first year.
*Buyer MUST notify GrubPack.com by phone or email prior to return.
*Proper care must be used for GrubPack returns. Roll (do not fold) the GrubPack when packing.
*For size exchanges of new unused GrubPacks, customer pays shipping for return from customer to GrubPack and shipping of new size from GrubPack to customer. (Our free shipping pertains only to your return for defects and does not apply to exchanges for size reasons.)
*Our guarantee covers all standard size GrubPacks purchased for non-commercial use.
*Our guarantee does not cover GrubPacks used for purposes other than food storage.
*GrubPack.com does not insure or reimburse for any damaged or lost contents of your GrubPack.
