If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new GrubPack, return it for a full refund or exchange.
The GrubPack must be returned in undamaged, clean, unused condition.
Return notification must be made within 7 days of receiving your new GrubPack.
*FOR USED GRUBPACKS:
For a period of one full year from delivery date, for any reasons related to defective workmanship, we will repair or replace your GrubPack at no charge.
Repair or replacement will be the sole choice of GrubPack.com.
The GrubPack must be returned in undamaged, clean, unused condition.
Return notification must be made within 7 days of receiving your new GrubPack.
