ABOUT US...

As hikers bound for the Grand Canyon interior, we found a real need in the marketplace for a dependable, affordable, light-weight, rodent-proof food container.  GrubPack was launched in 2008 to meet that need. 

We had the advantage of many years of working experience in the exterior awning, tarp and marine cover business.  Our industrial sewing equipment, exterior products knowledge and commercial sewing techniques have served us well in the designing and refining of GrubPack. 

We took a simple concept using an animal-resistant stainless steel wire mesh and fine-tuned it into a durable piece of backpacking gear.  Every component of our bags has been researched and field-tested for resistance to animals, weather extremes and UV breakdown.

We are located in Dubuque, Iowa and bring a strong Midwest work ethic into our family-owned business.    We treat our customers as we would hope to be treated by others.  We know that word of mouth is our most valuable form of advertising.  By providing a great product at an honest price, we strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
